Particularly the prices of flights can vary a lot, and other factors such as child reduction e.a. are not always calculated exactly with the calculator. But it does give you an idea of what to expect, and we will send you a definitive price offer with great pleasure, if you ask for one by using the "offer" button or sending us an e-mail.

DESCRIPTION
Ingólfshöfði is an isolated headland between black sands and the Atlantic Ocean, with thousands of nesting seabirds including puffins and the great skua. This historical cape is named after the first settler of Iceland, Ingólfur Arnarson, who spent his first winter in Iceland there in the year 874 AD.
To get to Ingólfshöfði , we cross 6 km of waters, marshes and sand in a tractor-drawn hay cart. The drive takes about 20-30 minutes each way, so we will spend about 1½ hour hiking around the cape. We make several stops to explain the history of the cape (in English only) and, of course, to do some bird watching. The circle around the nature reserve is approximately a 1 ½ mile hike. There is a steep sand slope at the beginning but then it gets easier where most of the hiking is on flat grass land. We don't recommend that people participate in this trip unless they feel confident they will be able to complete the hike.
